\u00a0In ufficio troviamo VINCENZO DE SIMONE<\/strong>, Ingegnere Meccanico laureato presso la facolt\u00e0 di ingegneria \u2018Enzo Ferrari\u2019 nell\u2019Universit\u00e0 di Modena e Reggio Emilia. Grazie al suo programma di tesi ha scoperto il mondo della progettazione meccanica e negli ultimi 5 anni si \u00e8 distinto per la sua formazione con i software pi\u00f9 usati per la progettazione 3D e 2D, arricchendo le sue conoscenze con corsi di aggiornamento. Ha lavorato all\u2019interno di uffici tecnici, per aziende leader in diversi settori, come quello delle pompe idrauliche per imbarcazioni marine, delle trinciatrici per macchinari agricoli. Si \u00e8 occupato inoltre della progettazione di impianti industriali per il settore ceramico. Queste esperienze unite alle sue conoscenze, lo hanno portato a distinguersi per la seriet\u00e0 e la cura che mette in ogni nuovo progetto.<\/p>\n

In officina troviamo STEFANO PALUMBO<\/strong>, un esperto metalmeccanico che in 10 anni di lavoro ha alimentato e accresciuto la sua passione per le lavorazioni meccaniche tanto da diventare uno specialista nel suo settore. Lavora in diversi ambiti come quello dei macchinari industriali, delle movimentazioni agricole, movimento terra e del settore marino in particolare nella riparazione di eliche e costruzione di assi. Ha potuto sviluppare e perfezionare le diverse tecniche di lavorazione sia nella costruzione di nuovi componenti, sia nella riparazione, utilizzando le lavorazioni per tornitura, fresatura e equilibriatura ed effettua saldature su metalli come\u00a0acciaio al carbonio, acciaio inox, alluminio, ghisa o bronzo, servendosi delle diverse tecniche di saldatura:\u00a0T.I.G, M.I.G.\/M.A.G., elettrodo o saldobrasatura. A tutto ci\u00f2 si uniscono l\u2019esperienza accumulata negli anni, la passione e la cura per il dettaglio, che contraddistinguono Stefano e il suo lavoro.<\/p>\n

Abbiamo realizzato un sistema di controllo di qualit\u00e0 che, con l’ausilio di un software appositamente sviluppato, ci permette di verificare la classe di appartenenza dell’eliche che ripariamo in conformit\u00e0 alla normativa ISO 484\/2<\/strong> fio ad un diametro di 1500 mm. PDS MECCANICA S.R.L.<\/strong>, se richiesto, pu\u00f2 quindi consegnare l’eliche riparate accompagnate da CERTIFICATO DI CONFORMITA\u2019 IN CLASSE S, I, II, III<\/strong> tramite misuratore di passo.<\/p>\n
