In the workshop, we find STEFANO PALUMBO, an expert metalworking technician who, over ten years of experience, has nurtured and strengthened his passion for mechanical machining, becoming a true specialist in his field. He works across various sectors, including industrial machinery, agricultural equipment, earth-moving machines, and particularly the marine industry, where he focuses on propeller repair and shaft construction. Throughout his career, Stefano has developed and refined a wide range of machining techniques both for manufacturing new components and for repairs — using turning, milling, and balancing processes. He performs welding on metals such as carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, cast iron, and bronze, employing different welding methods including TIG, MIG/MAG, electrode, and brazing. All of this is complemented by his years of experience, passion, and attention to detail, qualities that truly define Stefano and his work.
